Houston, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Axiom Space plans to invest $700,000.00 to build out 27,785 square feet of new space in Houston. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1290 Hercules, Suite 100 in Houston, on or about February 1, 2021. According to the company website Axiom Space provides missions to the International Space Station today while building its commercial successor. Axiom provides 10- to 180-day missions to ISS today, and to Axiom Station beginning with the launch of our modules to orbit in 2024. Our primary customers are countries’ space agencies, with missions also provided to private astronauts. We offer opportunities for on-orbit commerce and science, as well as testing of systems for use in deep space exploration.
