Riverview, Florida — According to state and local development sources, BayCare Health System plans to build out 16,018 square feet of new space in Riverview. The company plans to occupy the new space at 6901 Simmons Loop in Riverview, on or about February 1, 2025. According to the company website BayCare is a leading not-for-profit health care system that connects individuals and families to a wide range of services at 16 hospitals and hundreds of other convenient locations throughout the Tampa Bay and central Florida regions.
