Milford, Delaware — According to state and local economic development sources Bayhealth plans to build out 95,000 square feet of new space in Milford. The company is creating 55 new jobs at this facility, and plans to occupy the new space at 100 Wellness Way in Milford, on or about November 1, 2020. According to the company website Bayhealth is a technologically advanced not-for-profit healthcare system employing over 3,200 with a medical staff of 400 physicians. Bayhealth’s mission is to improve the health status of all members of the Bayhealth community. Central and Southern Delaware’s largest healthcare system, Bayhealth is comprised of Kent General and Milford Memorial Hospitals, numerous satellite facilities and many employed physician practices encompassing a variety of specialties.
