San Antonio, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health plans to invest $10,000,000.00 to build out 29,304 square feet of new space in San Antonio. The company plans to occupy the new space at 3160 West Avenue in San Antonio, on or about December 1, 2021. According to the company website Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health is a community-based health-care program developed to serve the frail, elderly population of El Paso. Utilizing the National Program for All-Inclusive Care of the Elderly (PACE) as the model of service, Bienvivir serves those who qualify for Medicaid and Medicare and provides comprehensive care at three facilities in El Paso.
