Austin, Texas — According to state and local development sources, CapMetro plans to invest $90 Million to build out 112,000 square feet of new space in Austin. The company plans to occupy the new space at 10805 Cameron Road in Austin, on or about August 1, 2027. According to the company website Capital Metro is the public transportation provider for over 1.3 million people in the Austin region. Our mission is to connect people and communities to jobs and opportunities, and our vision is to transform the daily lives of Texans. We provide a variety of transit services, including MetroBus, MetroRail, UT Shuttles, Pickup and MetroAccess, to meet the ever-growing needs of the Austin community.
