Roebuck, South Carolina — According to state and local development sources, Carbotech Group plans to invest $3,400,000.00 to build out 14,000 square feet of new space in Roebuck. The company is creating 35 new jobs at this facility. The company plans to occupy the new space at 129 Old Airport Road in Roebuck, on or about January 1, 2026. According to the company website Carbotech is a company specializing in operational efficiency for sawmills and planers by offering equipment for handling tree lengths/logs, primary and secondary debiting/profiling solutions and board handling.
