Conroe, Texas — According to state and local development sources, CarMax plans to invest $18,000,000.00 to build out a offsite production and auction facility. The site is a little over 43 acres and the total building size is just over 79,000 sf. of new space in Conroe, TX. The company plans to occupy the new space at 3920 Pollok Drive in Conroe, on or about July 1, 2024.
