Louisville, Kentucky — According to state and local development sources, Catholic Charities of Louisville plans to invest $1,700,000.00 to build out 33,221 square feet of new space in Louisville. The company plans to occupy the new space at 435 E Broadway in Louisville, on or about April 1, 2024.
