Punta Gorda, Florida — According to state and local development sources, Charlotte Technical College plans to build out 17,500 square feet of new space in Punta Gorda. The company plans to occupy the new space at 27450 Challenger Blvd in Punta Gorda, on or about March 1, 2025.
