Hutchins, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Chick-fil-A plans to invest $174,660,000.00 to build out 715,386 square feet of new space in Hutchins. The company plans to occupy the new space at 600 West Wintergreen Road in Hutchins, on or about September 1, 2024.
