Denison, Texas — According to state and local development sources, City of Denison plans to invest $3,350,000.00 to build out 9,000 square feet of new space in Denison. Grayson County is the 29th largest of 254 counties in Texas with a 2019 population of just over 136,000. Sherman is the county seat of Grayson County, while Denison, located adjacent, is the next largest city. Grayson County consists of 940 square miles with a population density of approximately 144 residents per square mile.
