Frisco, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources City of Frisco plans to invest $13,000,000.00 to build out 57,185 square feet of new space in Frisco. The company plans to occupy the new space at 11300 Research Rd. in Frisco, on or about August 1, 2022. According to the company website In 2018, Frisco topped MONEY Magazine’s prestigious list of the “50 Best Places to Live in America”. Every year, to make this list, MONEY researchers looked at cities with a population of 50,000 or more, weighing factors like housing, health and safety, diversity, cost of living, quality of life, education, and local amenities. In its analysis, MONEY noted Frisco’s “outstanding public schools” and public-private partnerships, “arrangements that bring high-level sports, art and technology to the Texas town”.
