Lubbock, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources, the City of Lubbock plans to invest $10,000,000.00 to build out 26,280 square feet of new space in Lubbock. The company plans to occupy the new space at 401 N. Ash Ave. in Lubbock, on or about June 1, 2024. According to the company website The US Census indicates Lubbocks population is 254,565, making it the 11th largest City in Texas. It is anticipated that Lubbocks population will be 275,000 by 2022. The City of Lubbock has a diverse team of professionals. There are approximately 2,100 full time City employees performing various duties including engineers, park maintenance workers, accountants, police officers, attorneys, IT professionals, fire fighters, street maintenance workers, animal control officers, linemen and meter readers, building inspectors, librarians, and more.
