Rosenberg, Texas — According to state and local development sources, City of Rosenberg plans to invest $7,009,000.00 to build out 9,691 square feet of new space in Rosenberg. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1021 4th Street in Rosenberg, on or about July 1, 2025.
