Taylor, Texas — According to state and local development sources, City of Taylor plans to invest $6,700,000.00 to build out 58,000 square feet of new space in Taylor. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1600 Veterans Drive in Taylor, on or about June 1, 2025. According to the company website Taylor, Texas is a city in the Austin-Round Rock Metropolitan area, just 29 miles northeast of downtown Austin. Highways 79 and 95 intersect in Taylor affording the city a strategic location on the eastern side of Williamson County, one of the fastest-growing counties in the nation according to Forbes Magazine. Williamson County and the Central Austin area are consistently ranked at the top of national and state, lifestyle and economic awards. With affordable housing and good schools — including a new Taylor High School and Legacy Early College High School (paired with Temple College) — its a great place to raise a family. Its historic downtown area is revitalized and has more than 80 historic buildings.
