West Lake Hills, Texas — According to state and local development sources, City of West Lake Hills plans to invest $14,000,000.00 to build out 18,000 square feet of new space in West Lake Hills. The company plans to occupy the new space at 4010 Bee Cave Rd. in West Lake Hills, on or about August 1, 2025. According to the company website The City of West Lake Hills is a Certified Scenic City located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, located 6 miles west of downtown Austin. The city of West Lake Hills was founded and incorporated as a village on September 9, 1953. The city today is comprised of 2,560 acres (4 square miles) with approximately 40 miles of public streets. The population is 3,063 (2010 census) with approximately 1,000 homes and 200 businesses. West Lake Hills is unique in many ways.
