Mobile, Alabama — According to state and local economic development sources Coca-Cola UNITED plans to invest $48,000,000.00 to build out 120,000 square feet of new space in Mobile. The company plans to occupy the new space in Mobile, on or about December 1, 2022. According to the company website Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, founded in 1902 and headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, is the second largest privately held Coca-Cola bottler in North America and the third largest bottler of Coca-Cola products in the United States.
