New Braunfels, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Comal Independent School District plans to invest $60,000,000.00 to build out 112,000 square feet of new space in New Braunfels. The company plans to occupy the new space at 5912 Guthrie Trail in New Braunfels, on or about July 1, 2025.
