Knox, Indiana — According to state and local economic development sources Common Collabs plans to invest $22,000,000.00 to build out 60,000 square feet of new space in Knox. The company is creating 80 new jobs, and plans to occupy the new space at 2755 E. Division Road in Knox, on or about August 1, 2020. According to the company website Common collabs was born out of a desire to make the highest quality beverages available to all. Getting our collective start in the specialty coffee industry, we quickly bridged our knowledge and capabilities to include tea, cocktails, craft sodas and more. We have developed a proprietary latent-heat extraction process that implements applications of high and low pressures to efficiently and precisely extract the desirable compounds of coffee and tea while leaving behind bitter and tannic compounds.
