Conroe, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Conroe Independent School District plans to invest $22,000,000.00 to build out 10,300 square feet of new space in Conroe. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1900 FM 2854 Road in Conroe, on or about July 1, 2023. The geographic areas of the District are diverse and include The Woodlands, Shenandoah, Oak Ridge North, Conroe, and Caney Creek, as well as several other smaller towns, communities, and unincorporated areas.
