Prosper, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Cook Children’s Health Care System plans to invest $6,600,000.00 to build out 59,590 square feet of new space in Prosper. The company plans to occupy the new space at 4200 W. University Drive in Prosper, on or about May 1, 2020.
