Laredo, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources CSL Plasma plans to invest $1,800,000.00 to build out 12,037 square feet of new space in Laredo. The company plans to occupy the new space at 2719 San Bernardo Ave in Laredo, on or about January 1, 2021.
