Lancaster, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Dallas College plans to invest $23,029,396.00 to build out 50,797 square feet of new space in Lancaster. The company plans to occupy the new space at 3030 North Dallas Avenue in Lancaster, on or about July 1, 2023.
