Mesquite, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Dallas College plans to invest $41,000,000.00 to build out 116,000 square feet of new space in Mesquite. The company plans to occupy the new space at 3737 Motley Drive in Mesquite, on or about May 1, 2023.
