Northlake, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Dallas Stars plans to invest $55,000,000.00 to build out 223,000 square feet of new space in Northlake. The company plans to occupy the new space at Intersection of SH-114 and Chadwick Pkwy in Northlake, on or about December 1, 2025.
