Dallas, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Dallas Theological Seminary plans to invest $7,000,000.00 to build out 16,000 square feet of new space in Dallas. The company plans to occupy the new space at 3909 Swiss Avenue in Dallas, on or about July 1, 2024.
