New Albany, Mississippi — According to state and local economic development sources Dunn Utility plans to invest $23,300,000.00 to build out 100,000 square feet of new space in New Albany. The company plans to occupy the new space in New Albany, on or about May 1, 2023. According to the company website Dunn Utility Products is focused on delivering comprehensive ready-mix concrete solutions, civil sitework solutions, erosion control, precast, Redi-Rock and more to architects, engineers and builders in the construction industry. Dunn Utility Products began its journey as a new division of MMC Materials providing Redi-Rock retaining wall solutions in 2014. With Board approval in 2018, MMC Materials invested in a new Reinforced Concrete Pipe and Precast Concrete manufacturing facility near Jackson, MS. Realizing the opportunities for growth reached well beyond Jackson, Dunn Utility Products was officially launched in July of 2019, as the newest division of Dunn Investment Company. Our vision is to be the premier supplier of precast concrete products, reinforced concrete pipe and other storm drainage solutions in the Southeast.
