Nederland, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Energy Transfer plans to invest $7,000,000.00 to build out 16,385 square feet of new space in Nederland. The company plans to occupy the new space at 2300 N. Twin City Highway in Nederland, on or about January 1, 2026.
