Bolivia, North Carolina — According to state and local development sources, Epsilon Advanced Materials plans to invest $649,900,000.00 to build out new space in Bolivia. The company plans to occupy the new space in Bolivia, on or about December 1, 2025. According to the company website Epsilon Advanced Materials Pvt. Ltd. is an upcoming global supplier of Synthetic Graphite Anode materials for use in producing lithium-ion battery materials. Our entire focus is on delivering proven and consistent quality, higher efficiency, and better performing materials. Were proud of our environmentally friendly facility where carbon and the residual materials produced during most of the production processes are highly recyclable: as a result, this leaves a lower CO2 footprint. Epsilon has the capability to manufacture both coal tar-based carbon as well as bio-based hard carbon, which can be used as anode material for lithium-ion battery production. Were also currently conducting research and pilot trials in order to develop a commercial product to augment our current portfolio of anode active materials. EAMPL will be the worlds first and only 100% backward-integrated facility producing synthetic graphite. It will be based on coal tar-based feedstock.
