Sugar Land, Texas — According to state and local development sources, First Service Credit Union plans to invest $1,500,000.00 to build out 3,000 square feet of new space in Sugar Land. The company plans to occupy the new space at 3601 Highway 6 in Sugar Land, on or about July 1, 2025.
