Omaha, Nebraska — According to state and local development sources, Food Bank for the Heartland plans to build out 105,000 square feet of new space in Omaha. The company plans to occupy the new space in Omaha, on or about January 1, 2026. According to the company website Our Mission: To eliminate hunger in the Heartland by ensuring consistent access to healthy foods through community partnerships. We have a big job on our hands, which is why we see the fight against hunger as an ongoing, collaborative effort.
