Kemah, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Galveston Bay Foundation plans to invest $12,500,000.00 to build out 18,087 square feet of new space in Kemah. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1725 N Hwy 146 in Kemah, on or about May 1, 2025.
