Sherman, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Grayson County Appraisal District plans to invest $500,000.00 to build out 7,000 square feet of new space in Sherman. The company plans to occupy the new space at 512 North Travis Street in Sherman, on or about June 1, 2024. According to the company website Grayson Central Appraisal District is responsible for appraising all real and business personal property within Grayson County. The district appraises property according to the Texas Property Tax Code and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP). The Primary Mission of Grayson Central Appraisal District is to provide quality service with the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and respect.
