Odessa, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Harmony Public Schools plans to invest $14,000,000.00 to build out 58,931 square feet of new space in Odessa. The company plans to occupy the new space at Dr. Emmitt Headlee dr, Mission Blvd, in Odessa, on or about March 1, 2025. According to the company website Harmony Public Schools is a network of PK-12 college preparatory public charter schools across Texas. For almost two decades, our schools have provided students from under-served communities the opportunity to excel in their studies in a small classroom environment focused on providing the skills they need to succeed in life. The Texas-based non-profit organization was established by a group of dedicated educators and university academicians who were passionate about the way children approached math and science. Since 2000 HPS has grown to 56 campuses, 35,000+ students, with a 98 percent graduation rate for seniors and 100 percent college acceptance rate.
