Austin, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Hart Hotels plans to invest $30 Million to build out 105,800 square feet of new space in Austin. The company plans to complete the new hotel space at 4700 E Yager Lane in Austin, on or about January 1, 2027. The project consists of the construction of a 105,800SF, 150 room, Homewood Suites- Extended Stay Hilton brand prototype hotel including outdoor amenities, grilling stations, pool, and detached pool equipment room.
