Big Spring, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Howard College plans to invest $1,500,000.00 to build out 5,700 square feet of new space in Big Spring. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1001 Birdwell Lane in Big Spring, on or about October 1, 2023. According to the company website Howard College believes that education is the primary purpose of the institution and that the programs and services of the college should be available to all citizens who are able to benefit from them.
