Chicago, Illinois — According to state and local economic development sources Illinois Institute of Technology plans to invest $12,500,000.00 to build out new space in Chicago. The company plans to occupy the new space at 3100 S Michigan Ave in Chicago, on or about October 1, 2021. According to the company website Based in the global metropolis of Chicago, Illinois Tech is the only technology-focused university in the city. It offers degrees in engineering, science, architecture, business, design, human sciences, applied technology, and law.
