Dallas, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Juliette Fowler Communities plans to invest $18,468,225.00 to build out 60,237 square feet of new space in Dallas. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1224 Abrams Road in Dallas, on or about August 1, 2025. According to the company website Founded in 1892, Juliette Fowler Communities serves vulnerable children, youth and older adults. Programs include a continuum of care for older adults – a five star quality health and rehabilitation center, memory care, assisted living and independent living. Our continuum of care for children includes a collaborative foster care program and transitional living program, The Ebby House, for young women who have aged out of foster care or are at risk due to neglect, abuse or abandonment.
