Southlake, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Keller Independent School District plans to invest $23,748,504.00 to build out 93,563 square feet of new space in Southlake. The company plans to occupy the new space at 3095 Johnson Rd in Southlake, on or about September 1, 2021. According to the company website Keller ISD serves a diverse and fast growing community, and while keeping pace with the ever-changing landscape the district holds true to its history of excellence. The District serves more than 35,000 students in portions of the cities of Colleyville, Fort Worth, Haltom City, Hurst, North Richland Hills, Southlake, Watauga, and Westlake and the entire City of Keller. Its 51 square miles encompass the third-largest land area in Tarrant County. Keller ISD employs more than 4,000 staff members including just over 2,700 classroom instructional employees. Everything Keller ISD employees do is focused on providing an exceptional educational experience for students whether it be teaching in the classroom, maintaining the facilities our students use, or offering support and guidance for students and staff alike.
