Sugar Land, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources KIPP Texas Public Schools plans to invest $16,000,000.00 to build out 157,280 square feet of new space in Sugar Land. The company plans to occupy the new space at 15022 Old Richmond Road in Sugar Land, on or about June 1, 2023. According to the company website KIPP Texas Public Schools is an open-enrollment, public, tuition-free charter school network of 55 schools with more than 29,000 pre K-12 students across the state.
