Houston, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Klein Independent School District plans to invest $17,000,000.00 to build out 86,162 square feet of new space in Houston. The company plans to occupy the new space at 12100 Misty Valley Dr in Houston, on or about June 1, 2026. According to the company website German immigrants formed the school district in 1928. Klein ISD is a Recognized District with the Texas Education Agency. The district has more than 47,900 students, and it employs about 6,100 people. The center of the district is 40 minutes from downtown Houston.
