The company plans to occupy the new space at 12345 Bissonnet 12345 Bissonnet in Houston, on or about December 1, 2021. According to the company website Legacy Community Health is a full-service, Community Health Center that provides comprehensive, primary healthcare services to all Houstonians in a culturally sensitive, judgment-free and confidential environment. Legacy has specialized in HIV/AIDS testing, education, treatment and social services since the early 1980s.
