Lebanon, Tennessee — According to state and local development sources, Lochinvar plans to invest $35,000,000.00 to build out new space in Lebanon. The company is creating 141 new jobs at this facility. The company plans to occupy the new space at 300 Maddox-Simpson Pkwy in Lebanon, on or about July 1, 2024.
