Conroe, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Lone Star Family Health Center plans to invest $12,000,000.00 to build out 96,773 square feet of new space in Conroe. The company plans to occupy the new space at 605 S Conroe Medical Drive in Conroe, on or about January 1, 2024. According to the company website Lone Star Family Health Center (LSFHC) is a non-profit 501(c)3, full-service state-of-the-art family medicine provider operating facilities in Conroe, Spring, Willis, Grangerland, and Huntsville. Moreover, we also direct a fully integrated family medicine residency program to develop more skilled family doctors for our community. Lone Star Family Health Center (LSFHC) was founded in 2002 to provide high-quality, easily accessible health services to the underserved and the community at large. In 2004, LSFHC became a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with the mission to strengthen, stabilize and expand patient access to healthcare services in Montgomery County. Since then, we have continued to expand our facilities and our capacity and extend our care to all community families and individuals. Lone Star Family Health Center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
