Lubbock, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Lubbock-Cooper Independent School District plans to invest $20,000,000.00 to build out 64,826 square feet of new space in Lubbock. The company plans to occupy the new space at 4530 Woodrow Rd. in Lubbock, on or about January 1, 2027. According to the company website Mission and Vision: Mission Statement – The mission of Lubbock-Cooper ISD is to build the future one student at a time. To accomplish this vision for our childrens future, the Lubbock-Cooper schools, parents, and community will join together in a partnership designed to produce a safe and orderly learning environment within which academic excellence may flourish.
