Wentzville, Missouri — According to state and local development sources, Mercy Hospital plans to invest $650,000,000.00 to build out 483,000 square feet of new space in Wentzville. The company plans to occupy the new space at 60 acres near Interstate 64 and Interstate 70 in Wentzville, on or about July 1, 2028. According to the company website Mercy, one of the 25 largest U.S. health systems, serves millions annually with nationally recognized quality care and one of the nations largest Accountable Care Organizations. Mercy is a highly integrated, multi-state health care system including more than 40 acute care, managed and specialty (heart, children’s, orthopedic and rehab) hospitals, convenient and urgent care locations, imaging centers and pharmacies.
