Midland County to spend $1,100,000.00 to occupy 14,343 square feet of space in Midland Texas.
Midland, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Midland County plans to invest $1,100,000.00 to build out 14,343 square feet of new space in Midland. The company plans to occupy the new space at 509 N Loraine St. in Midland, on or about December 1, 2025. According to the company website In January 2015, Midland County Department Heads and Elected Officials began a Values Journey at a leadership retreat where they established values, mission and vision Statements for the County. Keeping all employees in mind, this year they pledged to put the Values into action by creating committees to form program(s) focused around the Values. The committees redesigned existing and developed new employee programs to encompass the County living out its Values. While words like integrity, compassion, diligence, respect, accountability, and trust define what is important in ones life, these are standards and principles of behavior Midland County pledges to uphold while serving the community.
