Houston, Texas — According to state and local development sources, MODEC plans to invest $12,500,000.00 to build out 103,170 square feet of new space in Houston. The company plans to occupy the new space at 15375 Memorial Dr, Suite 800 in Houston, on or about August 1, 2024.
