Port Arthur, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Motiva plans to invest $2,500,000.00 to build out 6,697 square feet of new space in Port Arthur. The company plans to occupy the new space at 2555 Savannah Ave. in Port Arthur, on or about February 1, 2025.
