Washington, DC — According to state and local economic development sources National Association of Realtors plans to invest $511,500.00 to build out 7,230 square feet of new space in Washington. The company plans to occupy the new space at 500 New Jersey Ave NW in Washington, on or about December 1, 2021. According to the company website America’s largest trade association, representing 1.4 million members, including NAR’s institutes, societies, and councils, involved in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate industries. NAR’s membership is composed of residential and commercial brokers, salespeople, property managers, appraisers, counselors, and others engaged in the real estate industry.
